Visit Rosehall and you will find rivers,straths, wooded glens and heather covered hills.
You can walk for miles and never see another person,sharing your day with deer and pine marten in the forest, hen harrier on the hill and otters in the river.
There are peaceful local walks and cycle routes to follow, to give you and your family that break from driving. A map can be found in your accommodation, at the local shop and at the Rosehall trails.
Rosehall is also a great place to sit! Rest below the ancient branches of a native Scots pine tree and watch red deer run up the glen or buzzards soar on the wind. By the river watch salmon leap the falls in late summer or dippers flit amongst the currents.
Rosehall is a scattered community of about 200, which despite its size hosts a variety of activities.You may chance upon a play,ceilidh or the annual art exhibition,or enjoy a bit of crack at the local pub.In the primary school there is a replica of an Iron age house.
